Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kannus track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Zoals Maandag could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Happy Puma quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Mr Iceman Dynamit took the lead after 1000m. Punching Momentum didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Seashell accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Volunteer litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Zoals Maandag made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Volunteer.
