It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Hard Wired found a gap and took the lead. Stokkolm Desmond C. followed before Rascasse. Rascasse suddenly started to galop. Veijo Heiskanen had to struggle to get Rascasse to tror again and succeded after 50 m.

Power Missile saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Helen Lovejoy started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Hard Wired accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Rascasse started to gallop after 1500m and Veijo Heiskanen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Stokkolm Desmond C. suddenly took over the lead. Secret Transit was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.

Hard Wired litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Stokkolm Desmond C. won. Waving Lovebreaker came in second. Hard Wired caught third place.
