The sun was shining on Bjerke today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Straight Flush tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Vesta F that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Embassy Caviar started to galop and lost 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Straight Flush, Listen To Me, Vesta F, Speciale Invitare, Moving Satellite, Blond Boy, Fackel, Embassy Caviar.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Blond Boy accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Fackel showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Blond Boy kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Embassy Caviar galop. Embassy Caviar lost 50 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Smooth Win galop. Smooth Win lost 50 m.

Vesta F won the race after a spectacular finish.
