It had been raining for several days at Karlshamn but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Base Election was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Bo Eklöf wanted a little to much in the start and Freestyler galoped for 40 m. driver couldn't keep Further Instructions to trotting so they were disqualified.

This is the positions after 500m. Freestyler, Big Satellite, Murphys Law, Advanced Momentum, Fight For Freedom, Hidden Agenda, Crossing Necklace, Base Election. Base Election started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Freestyler clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Murphys Law clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Winner of todays race was Murphys Law. Big Satellite came in second. Freestyler became third.
