One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Long Legged Linda was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Long Legged Linda was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Grande Fierté started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Sudden Wish who started to galop and lost 40 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Close Box galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Long Legged Linda today. It continued in the lead.

Close Box was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Long Legged Linda looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Long Legged Linda kept the speed the whole finish and won before Perfect Ice and Grande Fierté.
