The weather had been good all week and Solvalla was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jasmin Merett could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Lucky Starshine started to galop and lost 40 m.




Macgyver Hoof quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Lucky Starshine galloped for 60m and was disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Junkie who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Macgyver Hoof was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Fast And Furious was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Macgyver Hoof followed by Fahrenheit Larockma and Spider Hoof. Lane two Unlimited Power followed by Jasmin Merett and Feeling Guilty. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Lucky Starshine gallopped for 30 m.




Macgyver Hoof sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Macgyver Hoof looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Lucky Starshine galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Royal Lightning made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Macgyver Hoof.
