The sun was shining on Oulu and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Texas Blind Snake tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Old Adam that came steaming ahead.




Al Almighty saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Steppenwolf took the lead after 1000m. Old Adam didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Steppenwolf was still in the lead after 1500m.



Steppenwolf kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Powerbuilder galop. Powerbuilder lost 40 m. Punching Devil galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Winner of todays race was Steppenwolf. Texas Blind Snake came in second. Old Adam became third.
