One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Coq Rougue sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Abbey Road sprinted to the front.




Abbey Road clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Abbey Road followed by Solbert De Suite and Racing Super Morgan. Lane two Buon Giorno followed by Lady Kemp and Coq Rougue. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Abbey Road gallopped for 20 m.




Abbey Road didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Abbey Road were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Solbert De Suite made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Lady Kemp.
