One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bordeaux Farmer could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Courac galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Fleksnes quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Bordeaux Farmer sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Fleksnes looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Bordeaux Farmer speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Bordeaux Farmer today who won before Fleksnes and Courac.
