Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Axevalla track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Advanced Sword tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Climbing Rocket that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Singing Brightness, Gin Fizz, Helen Lovejoy, Climbing Rocket, Great Deed, Advanced Sword, Funky Guitar, Fleksnes. Climbing Rocket was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Helen Lovejoy sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Helen Lovejoy followed by Singing Brightness and Fleksnes. Lane two Gin Fizz followed by Climbing Rocket and Advanced Sword.



Gin Fizz was first on the homestretch followed by Helen Lovejoy and Singing Brightness.
