The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Solvalla today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





The Greatest Gift tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Perfect Windy that came steaming ahead. driver couldn't keep Flickering Daffodil to trotting so they were disqualified.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Wandering Sugar clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




The Greatest Gift was still in the lead after 1500m.



The Greatest Gift kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Flickering Daffodil galop. Flickering Daffodil lost 50 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Skipping Winter galop. Skipping Winter lost 20 m.




Perfect Windy kept the speed the whole finish and won before The Greatest Gift and Wandering Sugar.
