It had been raining for several days at Bergsåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Firewall took the lead after a very quick start.

This is the positions after 500m. Leaving Amsterdam, Gold Thunder, Del Tier, Phony Falcon, Firewall, Universe Phantom, Slow Growing Dream, Mighty Iron. Moscow Night started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Mighty Iron was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Gold Thunder took the lead rather easily. Universe Phantom galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Firewall was still in the lead after 1500m. Leaving Amsterdam started to gallop after 1500m and Anders Wallin had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Firewall was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. With only a little left of the race Mighty Iron galoped for 30 m. Gold Thunder suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Gold Thunder galop. Gold Thunder lost 10 m.

Slow Growing Dream sprinted over the finishline before Del Tier and Moscow Night.
