The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Evil Queen sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Bowling Star quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Mettre En Veilleuse who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Ich Bin Weniger took the lead after 1000m. Bowling Star didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Bowling Star saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Bowling Star kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Bowling Star kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Evil Queen made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Pommerail.
