The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Hankasalmi this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Prince Svensson found a gap and took the lead. Clever Rock followed before Rhythm Divine.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Swedish Gas sprinted to the front. Tempting Diary started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Clever Rock sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Jacqui suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Swedish Gas showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Durch Den Wald was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Rhythm Divine looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Rhythm Divine didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Rhythm Divine were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Prince Svensson never caught up with Rhythm Divine who won. Clever Rock came third.
