One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Mad Wind tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Stopping Sunflower that came steaming ahead.

Running Tropic saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Passion Of Life who started to galop and lost 30 m.

Running Tropic was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Running Tropic was still in the lead after 1500m.

Figure It Out was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Glöd was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Running Tropic were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Eirik Høitomt tried a little too much on the homestretch and Sneaking Meadow started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Running Tropic didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
