One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Alias found a gap and took the lead. Thrillville Satellite followed before Margit Lobell.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Thrillville Satellite sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Margit Lobell who started to galop and lost 40 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Margit Lobell suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Thrillville Satellite today. It continued in the lead.

Thrillville Satellite kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Alias sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
