Only a humble breeze blew over Vaggeryd this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Overdækket tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Insane Ruby that came steaming ahead.

This is the positions after 500m. Overdækket, Insane Ruby, Blind Date, Houdini Ås, Trembling Princess, Mad Maid, Broadway Hall, Sweet Caramel. Sweet Caramel started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Houdini Ås took the lead after 1000m. Blind Date didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Houdini Ås today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Trembling Princess gallopped for 40 m.

Houdini Ås was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Sweet Caramel was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Blind Date speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Overdækket was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.

Houdini Ås won the race after a spectacular finish.
