One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Route66 Racer found a gap and took the lead. Blitz Of Lighning followed before Le Monde.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Rugged Action sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Gynge Den Bane who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Close Striker sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Old Comet saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Close Striker put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



With only a little left of the race Blitz Of Lighning galoped for 40 m. Close Striker sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Horses Own Gift showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Close Striker kept the speed the whole finish and won before Freestyler and Le Monde.
