One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

In The Clash Of Aons was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

This is the positions after 500m. General Knight, Impressive Ice, Stifling Sun, Coq Rougue, En Plantet, Volunteer, In The Clash Of Aons, Choctaw Ridge.

Stifling Sun sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Impressive Ice saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. In The Clash Of Aons started to gallop after 1500m and Per Gustafsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Choctaw Ridge started to gallop after 1500m and Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Stifling Sun speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Impressive Ice never caught up with Stifling Sun who won. Coq Rougue came third.
