Start List
It had been raining for several days at Solänget but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Engel Larockma sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Örjan Kihlström wanted a little to much in the start and Clé De Pologne galoped for 10 m. You Name It quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Engel Larockma showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Breaking Wind started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. No Sleep Till Brooklyn sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Frozen Star showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. No Sleep Till Brooklyn was still in the lead after 1500m. With only a little left of the race Word Of Truth galoped for 30 m. Frozen Star was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. No Sleep Till Brooklyn kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Final standings. 1 Clé De Pologne, 2 Requiescat In Pace, 3 No Sleep Till Brooklyn. Results
