Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Vaggeryd track was in top-condition. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Electric Eye found a gap and took the lead. Dean followed before Captain Palema. Focused Rock suddenly started to galop. Per Gustafsson had to struggle to get Focused Rock to tror again and succeded after 10 m. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Ratte Larockma sprinted to the front. Thunder Fighter looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Focused Rock couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ratte Larockma. Hermes Steel galloped way to long and was disqualified. Thunder Fighter looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Thunder Fighter sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Waste Of Fuel was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m. Pegasus was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m. Hermes Steel gallopped 10 m after 2000m. Thunder Fighter were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. By The Beach won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
