It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Growing Scope took the lead after a very quick start.




Major Star quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Growing Scope sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Perfect Harmony was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Growing Scope today. It continued in the lead.



Growing Scope were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Extending Index galop. Extending Index lost 40 m.




Enjoy My Show never caught up with Growing Scope who won. Major Star came third.
