The weather had been good all week and Momarken was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Daddy Martin sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Only Oppurtunities, Awesome Fast, Fortune Cookie, Cedrus, Project Bounce, Nova Warrior, Commander Chief, Belle De Jour.




Awesome Fast took the lead after 1000m. Project Bounce didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Awesome Fast followed by Belle De Jour and Nova Warrior. Lane two Project Bounce followed by Daddy Martin and Commander Chief.



Cedrus suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Cato Antonsen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Belle De Jour started to galopp and lost 40 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Fortune Cookie galop. Fortune Cookie lost 30 m.




Cedrus didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
