The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Östersund this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Courac took the lead after a very quick start.

This is the positions after 500m. Awesome Armed One, Fast Scope, Sacre Coeur, On A Hill, Racer Douche, Old Work, Gentleman´s Red Mantle, Jailbreaker. A bird flew just in front of Courac who started to galop and lost 30 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Gentleman´s Red Mantle took the lead rather easily.

On A Hill accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Follow Me Now started to gallop after 1500m and Peter Buhlér had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Smiling Lovebreaker started to gallop after 1500m and Olle Carlsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Jailbreaker was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Fast Scope litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused On A Hill galop. On A Hill lost 30 m. Girafe En Feu galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.

Old Work won the race after a spectacular finish.
