One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Count On Me was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Daniel Wikberg wanted a little to much in the start and Sokrates galoped for 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Micke Muster sprinted to the front.

Topgear sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Topgear followed by Count On Me and Micke Muster. Lane two Set The Limits followed by Screwdriver and Sokrates.

Topgear sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Topgear didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
