One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Hard Wired. Seront Reconnaître ended up behind the leader. Count On Me got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Shellbark Hickory sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Future Galaxy who started to galop and lost 20 m.

Violet Sky sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Advanced Sword galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Shellbark Hickory looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Shellbark Hickory kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Shellbark Hickory sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Hard Wired won the race after a spectacular finish.
