The sun was shining on Lycksele and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jay-walker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Chip Trot was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Thai Fighter looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Jay-walker couldn't come out from behind the leader, Stenis. driver couldn't keep Lieutenant Map to trotting so they were disqualified.

Stenis galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Flea Smith didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
