One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Volunteer was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Être Feux was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m. Volunteer was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




Fiona San quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Volunteer sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Volunteer today. It continued in the lead.




Volunteer was still in the lead after 2000m.



Volunteer looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Volunteer. Dionysos came in second. Sad Action became third.
