It had been raining for several days at Jämsä but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Jumping Pony could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Whispering Moon saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

One Dream took the lead after 1000m. Old Cruiser didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one One Dream followed by Frantic Crown and Whispering Moon. Lane two Old Cruiser followed by Jumping Pony and Whispering Queen. Gere Af Hjo galloped for 20 m.

One Dream was still in the lead after 2000m.

With only a little left of the race Frantic Crown galoped for 20 m. One Dream sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Jumping Pony, 2 Frantic Crown, 3 One Dream.
