The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Bjerke this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





The Bill Please found a gap and took the lead. Galactic Monkey followed before Marjons Magpie.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Galactic Monkey sprinted to the front.




Wild Cowboy took the lead after 1000m. The Bill Please didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Wild Cowboy followed by Marjons Magpie and Sad Crusher. Lane two The Bill Please followed by Galactic Monkey and Hagenbush.



Galactic Monkey was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Wild Cowboy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






The Bill Please made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Marjons Magpie.
