The sun was shining on Seinäjoki today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Running Cruiser took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Tüti, Sashimi, Opposing Sun, Black Rose, Running Cruiser, Koocachoo, Stretching Bouquet, Dolly Dagger.




Sashimi sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Sashimi was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Running Cruiser galoped for 10 m. Koocachoo was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Opposing Sun speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Dolly Dagger won. Opposing Sun came in second. Running Cruiser caught third place.
