One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Northern Light was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Dancing Forest quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Freedom Song sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Freedom Song followed by Empiress and Northern Light. Lane two Criminal Investigation followed by Night And Day and Dancing Forest.



Criminal Investigation suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Criminal Investigation didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
