One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Thrillseeker. Shooting Rocket ended up behind the leader. Scepter got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Songer Ruine showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




Thrillseeker was in fine shape and held the lead. Re Run showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Thrillseeker was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Thrillseeker was still in the lead after 1500m.




Thrillseeker kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. In The Light was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.



Thrillseeker kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Songer Ruine galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Scepter won the race after a spectacular finish.
