The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Aften Prøve took the lead after a very quick start. Patrik Andersson wanted a little to much in the start and Old Sword galoped for 40 m.




Tequila Queen quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Aften Prøve looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Ei Arvoitus couldn't come out from behind the leader, Tequila Queen.



Mr Madison galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Aften Prøve looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Lying Rose couldn't come out from behind the leader, Tequila Queen.

Veijo Heiskanen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Mr Madison started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Aften Prøve made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Lying Rose.
