One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Baloo tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Rock N Roll that came steaming ahead.




Mighty Boy saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Mighty Boy clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Mighty Boy followed by Speedy Prince and Desért Fleur. Lane two Hurricane Observer followed by Rock N Roll and Baloo.



Mighty Boy looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Rock N Roll sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
