One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





General Hero could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Gentleman´s Red Mantle suddenly started to galop. Håkan Eriksson had to struggle to get Gentleman´s Red Mantle to tror again and succeded after 50 m. Thunder Hero showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




General Hero was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




General Hero was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




General Hero was still in the lead after 1500m.



Lindys Crown was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. General Hero kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






White Tulip never caught up with General Hero who won. Global Insanity came third.
