The weather had been good all week and Bodø was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Galette. Violet Sky ended up behind the leader. Illa Ledd Volt got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Blondie saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Illa Ledd Volt took the lead rather easily.




Illa Ledd Volt was still in the lead after 1500m.




Illa Ledd Volt was still in the lead after 2000m.



Illa Ledd Volt sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Violet Sky galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Galette won. Special Lady came in second. Illa Ledd Volt caught third place.
