One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Thunder Strong took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Through The Night, Thunder Speed, The Fiftythird State, Giant Hero, Thunder Strong, Dévouement, Beautiful Princess, Golden Dream. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Thunder Strong sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Beautiful Princess accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Golden Dream speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Quality Mark was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Dévouement made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Thunder Strong.
