The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åby today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rødgrøt F took the lead after a very quick start. Starchild was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Indochine saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Jörgen Sjunnesson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Rødgrøt F started to galopp and lost 40 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Starchild galop. Starchild lost 20 m.




Sergeant Plan made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Ghostly Closet.
