Only a humble breeze blew over Mantorp this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Fast Asteroid. Walking Tiger ended up behind the leader. Luxury Ace got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 20 m. Sneaky Printer was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.

Sydney By Night quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Walking Tiger looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Luxury Ace couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sydney By Night. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m. Fast Asteroid was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Sydney By Night looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Calming Satellite couldn't come out from behind the leader, Walking Tiger.

Calming Satellite won the race after a spectacular finish.
