It had been raining for several days at Drammen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Florentina Bakaou tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Elegant Trap that came steaming ahead. Brave Winter was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

Brave Winter saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and Stopping Wardrobe took the lead rather easily.

Just No Good looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Happy Girl galloped for 50 m.

Brave Winter was first on the homestretch followed by Stopping Wardrobe and Elegant Trap.

Åsbjørn Tengsareid tried a little too much on the homestretch and Elegant Trap started to galopp and lost 20 m. Eirik Høitomt tried a little too much on the homestretch and London Bridge started to galopp and lost 30 m.

No-one could catch Brave Winter today who won before Viens Véritable and Stopping Wardrobe.
