One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rosso Star was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Rosso Star was in fine shape and held the lead.




Yr looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Criminal Bob couldn't come out from behind the leader, Rosso Star.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Rosso Star followed by Pretty Sunflower and Criminal Bob. Lane two Yr followed by Rock God and Macho Macho Man.




Rosso Star didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Yr suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Erik Adielsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Yr started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Rosso Star sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
