Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Solvalla track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Solid Wave tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to World Wide that came steaming ahead. Star Of Mars suddenly started to galop. Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get Star Of Mars to tror again and succeded after 10 m.

Rugged Rocker quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Gnist Diamant sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Stunning Grove showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Gnist Diamant today. It continued in the lead.

Fortran was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Gnist Diamant kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Star Of Mars made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Orange Status.
