One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





More Than Great sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Jolly Thought was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Give Me Strength sprinted to the front. Stowford Press started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Jolly Thought sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Jolly Thought followed by Flexible Galaxy and Robin Razz. Lane two Heavy Asteroid followed by More Than Great and Smiling Gold.



With only a little left of the race Heavy Asteroid galoped for 20 m. Jolly Thought looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Global Trust galoped way to long and was disqualified.
