Only a humble breeze blew over Vaasa this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tweedledum found a gap and took the lead. Stunning Princess followed before Étudier Mon Équitable. When the startcar left the field Briljant started to galop and lost 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Troubling Box, Tweedledum, Quick Shot, F1 Dynamit, Briljant, Étudier Mon Équitable, Tranche De Plait, Wondering Lemonade.




Briljant sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Tranche De Plait looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Sleepy News gallopped for 40 m.



Tranche De Plait looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Wondering Lemonade won. Étudier Mon Équitable came in second. Quick Shot caught third place.
