It had been raining for several days at Halmstad but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





King City Edison found a gap and took the lead. Jolly Sunflower followed before Dont Stop Believin.




Strong Momentum saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Strong Momentum was still in the lead after 1500m.



Strong Momentum sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

King City Edison galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Load And Dice won. Jolly Sunflower came in second. Dont Stop Believin caught third place.
