It had been raining for several days at Oviken but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frozen Cookie tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Petticoat Lane that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Bold Autumn, Petticoat Lane, Foreign Gladiator, Driver´s Choice, Foke Jace, Frozen Cookie, Beautiful Sky, Growing Band.




Bold Autumn was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Petticoat Lane galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Driver´s Choice looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Driver´s Choice sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Frozen Cookie litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Growing Band won the race after a spectacular finish.
