One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were In The Light. World Wide ended up behind the leader. Euro Steven got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Eirik Høitomt wanted a little to much in the start and In The Light galoped for 50 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Euro Steven looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that World Wide couldn't come out from behind the leader, In The Light.




In The Light was still in the lead after 1500m.




In The Light sat safely in the lead after 2000m. In The Light gallopped 50 m after 2000m.



In The Light sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






In The Light didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
