The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Vaggeryd this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Månfrun found a gap and took the lead. Reverse followed before Fury. Reverse suddenly started to galop. Kent Knutsson had to struggle to get Reverse to tror again and succeded after 30 m. Knight Of Paris suddenly started to galop. Claes Svensson had to struggle to get Knight Of Paris to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Fury, Månfrun, Lying Bouquet, Tarzan, Reverse, Special King, Admiral Comet, Knight Of Paris. Quick Folder started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Tarzan was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Månfrun accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Fury suddenly took over the lead.



Knight Of Paris was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Knight Of Paris was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Knight Of Paris was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Fury looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Johnny Takter tried a little too much on the homestretch and Knight Of Paris started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Månfrun won the race after a spectacular finish.
