One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Metal Bird took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Mascerinne sprinted to the front.




More Than Great took the lead after 1000m. Toronto Maple Leafe didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Metal Bird accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Whispering Galaxy started to gallop after 1500m and Claes Sjöström had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Metal Bird didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Metal Bird were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Frasses Sextonde made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Waste Of Thyme.
